These developments can be linked to progress in the fields ofrnmolecular biology and genetic engineering. Insulin is one of the best examplesrnof how the combined knowledge and application of these scientific disciplinesrnhas led to successful disease therapy. This review article explains thernimportance of recombinant drugs, their treatment methodology, and their adverserneffects. Various newer recombinant molecules are available in the market forrntreatment and cure of various diseases and disorder. This paper focus on IntronrnA, Muromonab, Roferon, Interferon, Monoclonate.
